A goose with an arrow in its neck is nimbly munching its way across a park in Brooklyn and–for two days–avoided rangers trying to net the bird and treat its wounds.
From the New York Times:
All morning long, a gaggle of park rangers armed with nets and treats pursued their quarry, but the goose, standing erect and wearing its arrow almost like a particularly punk piercing, repeatedly ran, flew and swam off.
They’re calling the goose–wait for it–“Sticky.”

Maybe the goose is worried because it doesn’t have health insurance and is afraid people will hate it for accepting public assistance.
